"We arrived at Palm Villas at around 10pm after a long journey from the UK, the accommodation on first view was amazing. The photos that we had seen earlier did not do the property justice. The first thing we noticed in the morning was how quiet it was, went to the local 7/11 and were greeted so welcomingly. As the time went by we noticed that everyone was so nice. Peter kindly offered to take us out on his boat, which we all greatly enjoyed and our son especially enjoyed as peter very kindly let him drive the boat. Weather was amazing and even though we had some fabulous tropical storms the holiday was not dampened. Would recommend the local Baseball at Port Charlotte - this was a very cheap family night out most enjoyable. Anyway I cannot praise the property enough - the pool - well what can I say who doesn't like having there own pool to use whenever they chose. Amazing would highly recommend and would go back tomorrow. Was very sad that we had to leave. Looking at the possibility of going back next year all ready. "It did not take long to
feel right at home in this spacious, comfortable vacation home. Everything
you needed was provided! It was clean and well maintained. If there were any
issues (which there were not), contacts close by were provided to help you
out. You are close to the village, shopping, sightseeing and much more. It
was so pleasant to sit in the sun by the pool after golf/shopping and sip a
glass of wine with friends! We enjoyed the Fisherman's Village, lunch at The
Big Cheese and a walleye fry at the Elk's Lodge. We did not have time to
visit all the great restaurants in the area as there are many. Lots of room
and a lovely view on the canal. Hope to return!".

"Booking the villa was easy, quick and straightforward, plenty of information given after the booking was confirmed. The villa was in a very relaxing and peaceful area by the lake, it was really quiet. There was lots of space in the villa and the pool is quite big, having both a shallow and deep end. The location was great for our family as we were able to travel to Miami, the Everglades, Boca Grande, Siesta Keys, Tampa, Bush Gardens, Shopping Malls and various other places quite easily. The best thing about the villa was the peaceful and private location with plenty of space".

"What a wonderful 3 weeks we have had! Extremely hot and sunny – excellent. Catfish are prevalent out at the dock but also saw rays and smallish tarpon. Would recommend Boca Grande for good beach fishing – also saw 7 manatees very close at Boca. Sunset cruise in the bay is great. The house have everything we could have wanted – clean, well equipped, and pleasant décor. Thanks to Peter and Stephanie for letting us use their beautiful home.

We have enjoyed the ˝ day harbour cruise and particularly the Peace River Cruise – both with Kingfisher at Fisherman’s Village. We saw alligators, ospreys, dolphins, etc on the Peace River – delightful! Sanibel and the conservation centre there are worth a visit.
